 The Company expertise is centered on a closely knit team of experienced graduate Engineers, dedicated to the successful application of high technology products, and backed by the experience of over 550 completed projects.

  With the mechanical and hydraulic facilities available through Microtech Automated Systems, the Company can offer turn-key systems involving mechanical, electrical and electronic design, manufacture and installation, all backed by a 24 hour after-sales service.  Controls based on the AB  and Siemens range of PLC’s and PC networks with application specific software encompassing world leading products such as Kuka Robots, industry standards, such as Microsoft Office and bespoke software written in Visual Basic running on Windows 95/98, NT, 2000, XP and Server 2003 operating systems.

 Particular expertise is available in barcode, OCR and general vision projects for automatic test equipment, data collection, warehousing, traceability systems, robotics and material handling in all application areas.

 In addition, the Company has a group of specialist sub-contractors who can augment the Company resources.  These include detailed design, tooling, jigs and fixtures, welding and fabrication.
